The Birth and Beyond

Antenatal Education and Postnatal Support in the comfort of your own home

Alessandra D'Angelo - Founder

I am a senior midwife in one of the most prestigious maternity unit in London.

I moved to London from Italy in 2011 when I had the opportunity to have an extraordinary experience in a birth centre, supporting low-risk women during natural labour without any pain relief medications and support them from their first appointment in early pregnancy till six weeks after the birth.

In 2014 I joined one the world-class maternity unit in Central London where I currently lead the antenatal education and antenatal clinic service.

My passion is in supporting women and their families during the joyful journey to parenthood and equip them with all the tools and knowledge they need to grow thriving and happy children.

I am also a first aid instructor, a KGH hypnobirthing teacher as well as on my journey towards becoming a Lactation Consultant.
